Call Transfer To Call Forwarding Number
By having Send All Calls Directly to 1 Number you get a single extension, and thus all calls will be forwarded to the same current "ring to" number.
You can setup "ring to" setting for each person's extension using Main Menu with Multiple Extensions.
Suppose your extension has its calls routed to your home phone. But now
you're leaving home to drive to your office. Simply change your "ring
to" phone number to your cellular phone while driving, and then to your
office number when you arrive there. Standard toll free numbers don't
let you change your "ring to" number, but our service keeps following
you as you wish (even to the beaches of Hawaii).

also determine the type of phone from which your caller is dialing, and

on a cell phone, or dialing from a phone in a prison! And when you
receive an email notification of voice mail, we can email you the same
information, plus the name of the caller's local phone company.
