Access your call records, and change your service configuration, simply by logging into a secure, encrypted clients-only section of our web site. No special software is required. Just use any standard browser.

This refers to the number of inbound messages (new or saved) that can be stored in a mailbox at any one time. Messages kept longer than two weeks will be purged, however, if you subscribe to our email alert feature, you can have a WAV file recording of any voice mail message emailed to you for your personal archive!

By having Send All Calls Directly to 1 Number you get a single extension, and thus all calls will be forwarded to the same current "ring to" number. You can setup "ring to" setting for each person's extension using Main Menu with Multiple Extensions. Suppose your extension has its calls routed to your home phone. But now you're leaving home to drive to your office. Simply change your "ring to" phone number to your cellular phone while driving, and then to your office number when you arrive there. Standard toll free numbers don't let you change your "ring to" number, but our service keeps following you as you wish (even to the beaches of Hawaii).

Each person can indicate when they wish to receive calls on their extension. Perhaps John takes calls on Weekdays between 8 and 5 Pacific Time, but Mary takes calls on Weekends in New York. No problem! And, if your extensions points to your home, you'll sleep peacefully while calls roll directly into voice mail.

Not only can we obtain caller ID on 100% percent of your calls, but we can also determine the type of phone from which your caller is dialing, and the local phone company with whom they subscribe! Before you accept a call (call transfer), you can have our system tell you if the caller is on a cell phone, or dialing from a phone in a prison! And when you receive an email notification of voice mail, we can email you the same information, plus the name of the caller's local phone company.

If your extension (e.g. Bob at x642) subscribes to the optional email message alert service, you can also request WAV attachments of your voice mail messages. When a caller leaves you a voice mail message, we'll convert the recording into a small low-resolution WAV file, and email it to you. You could even archive every voice mail message you've ever received on your personal computer!

Suppose you leave your "ring to" number as your office desk phone number, but you're out at the store. You don't want to keep checking for messages. So, instead, have our optional alert system send an alert to your numeric pager, cell phone, or email address. And, email alerts contain information about the caller.
